  • If you’ve shopped with us, you’re already in the game. Create your CHOSEN account if you haven’t already and log in. You’ll be enrolled automatically, and every order you place counts toward your yearly spend.

  • Every order adds to your cumulative spend for the calendar year. As your spend crosses each level, you unlock a new mystery gift.

  • It runs from 1 January to 31 December every year. On 1 January, everyone starts fresh.

  • Yes! Everything you’ve spent since 1 January 2026 is already counted. You’ll start at the level that corresponds to your spend so far.

  • The details will reach you shortly via WhatsApp as soon as you’ve unlocked a new level.

  • Your gift is added to your next order, not with the order that unlocked it.

  • Every level comes with a surprise waiting for you. You won’t know what it is until you unlock it, that’s the fun part.

  • Every gift you’ve unlocked will be added to cart in your next order.

  • Yes. Your cart will show how much more you need to spend to unlock the next level. The gift will be added to your next order.

  • It can, but The Long Game is built to reward consistency, not cart size. Steady orders through the year will take you further.

  • The game closes at the end of the year, and levels and any uncollected gifts reset. Make sure you claim your gifts before then.

  • No. Levels reset every 1 January, and everyone starts again from zero. A fresh start also means a fresh set of gifts to unlock.

  • Gifts are surprises chosen for each level, so they cannot be exchanged or swapped.
